Lead B2B Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to execute on our B2B business development strategy. The position is a key part of our senior management team and will focus on building our core businesses in UK, US, Portugal and Switzerland.

We design and develop delightful and functional digital products that solve tough problems and enable new opportunities for enterprises in complex industries, such as banking & finance, healthcare and compliance.


  • Overall responsibility for achievement of target revenue number
  • Recruitment and management of internal sales development rep team across direct and channel sales into new and existing customers
  • Management of external lead-gen agencies in UK and US and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Management of Windmill marketing function and alignment with on key commercial goals
  • Recruitment and ownership of pre-sales function
  • Negotiate with stakeholders throughout Windmill management team
  • Attend expositions and seminars to raise the company profile
  • Keep up on market trends and competitors
  • Comply with the regulations and laws of business development


  • 5+ years of B2B consulting services or digital product design & build sales and business development experience
  • People management skills and experience
  • Business development strategy design and implementation expertise
  • Proven ability to consult and negotiate
  • Understanding of technology solutions and UX design
  • Degree – ideally in Business, marketing, finance or similar
  • Team worker and great communicator at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional consultation and presentation skills
  • Results driven and pragmatic
