People Care Manger/IT Recruiter

We are looking for an active and ambitious Middle IT Recruiter and People Care Manager who wants to build a strong team and develop our company in Ukraine. IT Recruiters and People Care Managers are an important part of our company and are responsible for growing and nurturing our team as we deliver innovative experience designs and enterprise class applications.

We design and develop delightful and functional digital products that solve tough problems and enable new opportunities for enterprises in complex industries, such as banking & finance, healthcare, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting IT experts, UI UX designers and other roles by;

* Proactively searching candidates for different positions
* Conducting preliminary screening
* Posting vacancies on different channels
* Writing complete and detailed job descriptions
* Gathering feedback
* Tracking applicants throughout the recruiting process

  • Onboarding new team members and supporting them
  • Developing and implementing Performance Management and personnel management policies
  • Acting as Project Manager on different HR related projects (organizing surveys, team-buildings, etc).

Requirements:

  • Ability to do work on both People Care and recruiting and manage focus as needed
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment in IT plus 1+ years of general Human Resources experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the local job market
  • Upper-intermediate English language proficiency or higher
  • General knowledge of employment laws
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources and personnel administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high throughput environment
  • Skills in searching for candidates via multiple channels (job boards, web, social media, databases, online recruitment services)
  • General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry

A plus:

  • Advanced degree with a Human Resources related focus
